One of the best things to happen to bars since ladies' night, and if you don't believe me just ask backyard barbecues and parks, they know what's up! :)

And speaking of the 4th of July, Happy Birthday America.


Château Saint Martin de la Garrigue is a lovely gem in the Languedoc-Roussillon. The Estate is located near Montagnac in the Hérault region about 6 miles inland from the Mediterranean.  Easily in the top 10 most beautiful estates with wines that are equally sought after.  Gilles Habit, the resident vigneron for 20+ years, continues to apply his "savoir-faire" to craft these stunning cuvees and we are truly honored to work with such a top level estate! After all, they are one of the region's stars with a reputation that has grown with each vintage. Vast estate it is, the 68 hectares (just over 200 acres) have taken the limelight in the Coteaux-du-Languedoc appellation.The winemaking, in a hi-tech winery where tradition remains a true friend, results in wines with great finesse and outstandingly elegant aromas. The Saint Martin vineyards are home to no less than 18 varieties: 8 white and 10 red.



            Cuveé Pomponnette Blanc
Chardonnay  60% and Sauvignon blanc 40% is certified as “sustainable agriculture” by Terra Vitis and HVE (High Environmental Value).  The cuveé was vinified by variety, before blending and ageing in stainless steel tanks. Sparkling, pale yellow, bright and luminous, the nose gives a delicate and pleasant aroma of white flowers while the palate is the balance between fatness, taste and acidity. Summer aperitif, grilled fish, seafood salad and shellfish makes for a great pairing.

Chenin Blanc a Go Go!!

  Oh where oh where can my  Chenin Blanc  be? It’s the  dog days of summe r and we are melting and sweating with the beads of heat! We obviously need a chilled, cold glass of one of the finer grapes out of the Loire Valley, Anjou Saumur that is.  Domaine Du Roujou has just the Natural Wines for you!!! Located in Anjou Saumur, Loire Valley on 17 hectares, this property is famous for its vineyards planted on   white tufa.   Brother and sister, Guillaume and Amandine work with the classic grape varietals; Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay, to make   natural   wines.
