Chenin Blanc a Go Go!!

  Oh where oh where can my  Chenin Blanc  be? It’s the  dog days of summe r and we are melting and sweating with the beads of heat! We obviously need a chilled, cold glass of one of the finer grapes out of the Loire Valley, Anjou Saumur that is.  Domaine Du Roujou has just the Natural Wines for you!!! Located in Anjou Saumur, Loire Valley on 17 hectares, this property is famous for its vineyards planted on   white tufa.   Brother and sister, Guillaume and Amandine work with the classic grape varietals; Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay, to make   natural   wines. The wines are marked by a strong mineral imprint of the limestone terroir which brings structure and elegance to the wines. Organically farmed. Each wine is vinified with indigenous wild yeasts and no added sulfur to let the terroir fully express itself.
